Asian Style Sugarsnap Peas

Total Time 15 minutes

Instructions

  • Heat the oil + butter on medium to low heat in a pan. Then add your spices (except for your water and soy sauce) and mix well. Increase your heat a little bit and cook the peas for 2 minutes. Then add your soy sauce + water and cover the with a lid. Let the peas simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Remove lid, increase heat, and cook on high for 1 more minute. Garnish with black sesame seeds and serve with plain rice or my Vegan Roasted “Chicken” w/ Oyster Mushrooms, Asian Style Lamb orFried Rice w/ Fashjong (Chinese Chicken Sausage).
