Blue Boba Milk w/ Butterfly Pea Tea & Caramel

Ingredients

  • ½ cup black tea pearls* cooked according to the package instructions
  • 4 tbsp caramel syrup I used van Gilse syrup
  • 1 cup of icecubes or crushed ice
  • 2 cups of (soy) milk
  • 2 cups (dark) blue tea 7-10 flowers soaked for 10 minutes in 2 cups of hot water
  • N.B. You can buy black tea pearls at the Asian Stores.

Instructions

  • Cook the black tea pearls according to the package instructions and add the caramel syrup to it when it’s cooked.
  • Then prepare the tea and let it cool off a bit.
