Cook the Sushi rice according to the package instructions and let it cool down.
Cook the eggs as an omelette (whisk them, season with salt & pepper and cook in two batches in a pan). Then chop the smoked salmon, omelet and chives or spring onions. Place these ingredients in a bowl and add the rice. Finely, season with garlic powder, sesame oil and salt & pepper to taste.
With your hands form balls or triangles (I made 6 triangles). You can also wrap these in nori sheets to hold them together. Plus, I love the seaweed taste!
