Place all the dried ingredients in a bowl. Break the chocolate into pieces and heat it together with the coconut oil in the microwave (30-45 sec). Stir halfway through the "microwave" time.
Pour the melted chocolate with coconut oil over the quinoa and nuts. Make sure everything is mixed well and divide de mixture over a silicone mold, baking tin with baking paper or cupcake molds.
