Crispy Choco Cups w/ 4 Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups puffed whole wheat quinoa (you can also use rice cakes) 
  • ½ cup peanuts or other dried fruit/nuts
  • 160 gr chocolate (dark and milk or 70%) 
  • ¼ cup coconut oil

Instructions

  • Place all the dried ingredients in a bowl. Break the chocolate into pieces and heat it together with the coconut oil in the microwave (30-45 sec). Stir halfway through the "microwave" time. 
  • Pour the melted chocolate with coconut oil over the quinoa and nuts. Make sure everything is mixed well and divide de mixture over a silicone mold, baking tin with baking paper or cupcake molds.
