Easy Bagels with only 2 Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven/air fryer to 350°F or 175C.
  • Mix the flour and yogurt in a bowl until it comes together.
  • Dust your work surface with some flour and grease your hands with some oil. Knead the dough (the dough is very sticky) until it is elastic and stretchy.
  • Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll them into a loop and make a bagel.
  • Place the bagels on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush them with some beaten egg and top them with some cheese and/or seeds (optional).
  • Bake the bagels for 15-20 minutes (depending on your oven) until they are golden brown.
  • You can store the bagels in a Ziplock bag for one day or in the refrigerator for 3 days.TIPS:- Make a delicious bagel pizza by spreading some tomato sauce on a (baked) bagel and topping it with mini Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil.- Give your bagel color by adding 1 or 2 tbsp beet juice or spinach juice.
