Green Wraps w/ Only 3 Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup patent flour replace with gluten-free flour
  • ¾ cup cold water or more
  • pinch of salt and/or garlic powder
  • a blender
  • oil for frying
  • For the filling:
  • cream cheese or cheese spread
  • chicken fillet slices or other (vegetarian) meat
  • extra spinach or lettuce leaves
  • For the lunch box:
  • mini cucumbers
  • mini carrots
  • strawberry
  • crackers
  • cheeses
  • cooked egg

Instructions

  • Place the spinach leaves, flour and water in a blender and blend into a smooth batter. Add extra water if necessary and season with some salt and/or garlic powder.
  • Cook the wraps in some oil over medium heat (2 minutes on each side).
  • Spread the cooled wraps with some cream cheese or a cheese spread. Then top them with some slices of chicken fillet and add some lettuce. Roll up the wrap and cut it into pieces.
