Preheat your oven to 200 C or 400 F.
Wash your wings with a bit of lemon juice and pat them dry with some kitchen towel paper.
Drizzle some olive oil and season them with some onion powder and salt & pepper to taste.
Pop them in the oven and bake them for 40-45 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Turn them over halfway cooking time.
In the final ten minutes of the cooking time prep your garlic Parmesan butter: melt the butter in the microwave and add all the ingredients. Mix well and toss it over the wings.
