Oven Baked Chicken Wings w/ Parmesan & Garlic

Ingredients

- 300 gr wings (flat pieces and drums or what you prefer)- lemon juice- kitchen towel paper- 2 tbsp olive oil- 2 tsp onion powder- salt & pepper to tasteFor the garlic Parmesan butter- 4 tbsp butter (unsalted)

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese- 1 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)- chili flakes optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200 C or 400 F.
  • Wash your wings with a bit of lemon juice and pat them dry with some kitchen towel paper.
  • Drizzle some olive oil and season them with some onion powder and salt & pepper to taste.
  • Pop them in the oven and bake them for 40-45 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Turn them over halfway cooking time.
  • In the final ten minutes of the cooking time prep your garlic Parmesan butter: melt the butter in the microwave and add all the ingredients. Mix well and toss it over the wings.
