Indian Fried Rice

One of the greatest things about leftover rice is probably Fried Rice! It’s quick and easy to make. It’s super flavourful and often better than takeway – you can simply add whatever you like. Though I’m a huge fan of Chinese Fried Rice, today I’m sharing my Indian Fried Rice which is just as amazing as a side or dinner. It’s loaded with veggies and flavoured with aromatic spices.
