Mango Lassi vs. Mango Lassi Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup of mango cubes use a ripe mango
  • 1 cup of yoghurt I’ve used Optimel Kwark Vanilla flavour, use a vegan variety of you want to veganize this recipe
  • ½ cup of soy (unsweetened) milk or water
  • 4 tbsp of organic honey
  • tsp of cardamom powder

For the toppings (optional)

  • sliced pistachios/almonds
  • saffron strands
  • rose petals

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Mango Lassi:If you want a Mango Lassi then store the whole mixture in the fridge for a few hours so it can chill. Stir well before serving.Mango Lassi PopsiclesIf you want a popsicle of your Mango Lassi then store the whole mixture in a popsicle mold and place it in the freezer for a few hours or overnight. My molds are from Silikomart (non spon) are made from silicone which makes them easier to remove.
