Mango Lassi:If you want a Mango Lassi then store the whole mixture in the fridge for a few hours so it can chill. Stir well before serving.Mango Lassi PopsiclesIf you want a popsicle of your Mango Lassi then store the whole mixture in a popsicle mold and place it in the freezer for a few hours or overnight. My molds are from Silikomart (non spon) are made from silicone which makes them easier to remove.
