Place a saucepan on the stove and stir together the butter, milk and sugar on low heat until it’s melted.
Then let the mixture come to a boil and remove it from the stove.
Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, oats and cereal. When everything is well combined mix in the chocolate chips. These will slightly melt so you’ll need to work fast.
Then drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and add some extra chocolate chips on top. Place the no bake cookies in the fridge and let them set for 15 minutes.
TIP: - Use plant products (milk, butter, chocolate) to veganize this recipe!
