

No-Bake Oatmeal & Cereal Cookies w/ Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup cereal (slightly crushed by hand)
- ⅛ cup (plant) butter
- ¼ cup (soy) milk
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup (vegan) chocolate chips, optional
- non-stick saucepan

Instructions
- Place a saucepan on the stove and stir together the butter, milk and sugar on low heat until it’s melted.
- Then let the mixture come to a boil and remove it from the stove.
- Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, oats and cereal. When everything is well combined mix in the chocolate chips. These will slightly melt so you’ll need to work fast.
- Then drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and add some extra chocolate chips on top. Place the no bake cookies in the fridge and let them set for 15 minutes.
- TIP: - Use plant products (milk, butter, chocolate) to veganize this recipe!
