Crispy Choco Cups w/ 4 Ingredients

These (healthier) Choco Cups are made with only 4 ingredients; do not require baking and you can adjust them to your taste or that of your kids. For this recipe I used puffed whole wheat quinoa. This is totally hot and happening on Pinterest, but the most important thing is, it’s tasty, it’s crunchy and it has a nutty taste. Mix this with some chocolate, nuts (for even more crunch or dried fruit) and some coconut oil. Then pour it into some molds, let it cool for a while and you have a delicious snack!

Fruit Popsicles

Summer has finally arrived in the Netherlands (having said this, I hope it will stay that way ;-)) and nothing is better than a refreshing popsicle on a hot Summer day! These Fruit Popsicles are packed with fruit and are easy to make. Ok, they may have to go into the freezer for a few hours, but otherwise you can put them together according to your own taste. Plus, you can also put your kids to work and let them assemble their own Fruit Popsicles. You can also use frozen fruits, freshly squeezed juice, or sugar-free lemonade. Enjoy!
