Fried Rice w/ Fashjong (Chinese Chicken Sausage)

I think I’ve showed many fried rices on my Instagram, but haven’t documented one for you on my website. It’s really a shame because fried rice is one of those dishes I can eat any day of the week. Also, because you have a zillion delicious variaties and flavours. This one for example is flavoured with Chinese chicken sausages or Fa Chong and it’s truly a gamechanger when making egg fried rice! Yellow Curry Risotto w/ Chili Shrimp

My obsession for Thai food is quite notorious. I looove the authentic Thai flavors, because they’re complex, very aromatic and well balanced. There are three main curries used in Thailand: red, green and yellow and I’ll share three fusion recipes with the famous Thai curries. Am kicking it off with a Yellow Curry Risotto w/ Chili Shrimp! Coconut Rice Pudding (Vegan)

Rice Pudding is a classic dessert (or breakfast, lunch or dinner) for a reason. With some milk, sugar and spice this grain is an instant way to take you back to those fond memories with your grandmother/father (and some of you might have learned it from her as well). Anyways, I’m digressing as usual, but my take on this classis is just as comforting as grandma’s version, just as creamy and just as delish! It can be made vegan, with or without raisins and you can vary with the ingredients! So, check it out 😉
