My obsession for Thai food is quite notorious. I looove the authentic Thai flavors, because they’re complex, very aromatic and well balanced. There are three main curries used in Thailand: red, green and yellow and I’ll share three fusion recipes with the famous Thai curries. Am kicking it off with a Yellow Curry Risotto w/ Chili Shrimp! Easy Peasy Profiterole Wreath

On the day before Christmas, I decided to bring dessert to my parents place, because I’ve only bought savoury edible gifts and nothing sweet. This Easy Peasy Profiterole Wreath was done in seconds, because you’ll only need a few ingredients: some store bought profiteroles, white/dark chocolate, your fave toppings and you’re all set. Also, ask the little people at your party to fix dessert. They’ll have a good time doing it and you don’t have to stress about dessert 😉

Xmas Dinner for 2!

So, this year I wanted to come up with a million recipes for your Christmas dinner. Unfortunately, a lot happened and with lockdown No.3 whilst dealing with other stuff, I didn’t have time to work on as many recipes as I wanted.

However, I did make a Christmas dinner for two (greedy persons 😉 consisting of a Chicken Roll stuffed with Cranberry Compote & Brie, Sweet Potato and Garlic Galette and Roasted Purple Brussel Sprouts. I shared this lovely meal with my two neighbours, who have become my good friends during this Pandemic. I guess, that’s the bright side of this whole drama; that we get to connect and reconnect with others and ourselves.
