Croquettes

You’ve probably heard of Bacalhau or for my Surinamese peeps out there ‘Bakkeljauw’? This salted fish is a staple of the Portuguese cuisine, but also very known in the Surinamese kitchen! I’m combining this delicious ingredient with my favourite potato and snack. Sweet Potato Bacalhau Croquettes anyone?
