Flammkuchen w/ Smoked Salmon & Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 roll of Tante Fanny Flammkuchen dough I used half of this dough so double the rest of the ingredients if you will use the whole dough
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2-3 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 Mozarella
- 4 asparagus sliced in half
- 1 spring onion finely sliced
- garlic + onion powder to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven (see package instructions).
- Roll out the dough and drizzle some of the olive oil.
- Slice the Mozarella and layer them over the dough. Then season it with some garlic + onion powder.
- Add slices of salmon, followed by the asparagus (drizzle these with a bit of olive oil).
- Pop it in the oven and watch it carefully.
- When the Flammkuchen is cooked, sprinkle some spring onions over it and season with a bit of black pepper.
