Flammkuchen w/ Smoked Salmon & Asparagus

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 roll of Tante Fanny Flammkuchen dough I used half of this dough so double the rest of the ingredients if you will use the whole dough
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2-3 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 Mozarella
  • 4 asparagus sliced in half
  • 1 spring onion finely sliced
  • garlic + onion powder to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven (see package instructions).
  • Roll out the dough and drizzle some of the olive oil.
  • Slice the Mozarella and layer them over the dough. Then season it with some garlic + onion powder. 
  • Add slices of salmon, followed by the asparagus (drizzle these with a bit of olive oil). 
  • Pop it in the oven and watch it carefully.
  • When the Flammkuchen is cooked, sprinkle some spring onions over it and season with a bit of black pepper.
